NBCUniversal names Verizon vet as ad CMO

Harrobin will oversee the strategy, development and implementation of all marketing and creative content activities for the company’s advertising sales division.

Harrobin joins NBCUniversal from Verizon where he has held senior positions since 2003. Most recently, he served as CMO of Verizon’s consumer and mass business unit, which includes FiOS video and Internet services. He was responsible for creative, media, market strategy and segmentation, channel development, e-commerce and marketing operations.
