Liberty Global beats Q3 revenue forecasts, sees resurgent customer growth in U.K. and Germany

Liberty Global posted 2.2 percent revenue growth to $4.6 billion for the third quarter, beating analysts’ forecasts of $4.47 billion, with John Malone’s international cable operator reporting a rebound in subscriber growth. 

The operator said it had record customer growth of 42,000 in the U.K. during the quarter, while adding another 14,000 subscribers in Germany to bring its total base to 25.8 million.
