Chile’s DTT law in final approval stages

Chile’s proposed DTT law was discussed closer in the Chamber of the Chilean Senate for final approval, after the Joint Committee on Education of the Senate Transportation dispatched a modified version.

Entered in Congress in November 2008 by the Executive, partially approved by Deputies in April 2011 and generally approved by the Senate in July last year, the law aims to boost the deployment of DTT in Chile. It will now go to the Finance Committee of the Senate for final approval.
